Just life.
It's funny. I kind of expected the date with the gang would be cancelled somehow. Which is not funny, if you really think about it. The whole point of that whole date is for me to meet them before school starts. And just have plain good day with them, pizza for lunch and a nice movie. And like most of the last minute plans, that date never happen. And though I'm suppose to gleefully keep back my 100 bucks in the bank, and make an oath to stop splurging, I'm still hoping that I could meet them soonest, before school starts since my instincts tells me that my school time table may be clashing with theirs. But hmph, who knows. Never trusted the instincts.
So anyhow, the date's nearing and I'm looking forward to the orientation. I went down to the school that day, and the orientaion looks
well, fun. :) It seems just yesterday that it was the first day of ITE, and everyone doesn't know anyone else. Well, I was lucky I knew Mel since forever. HAHA. Anyhow, like any other orientaion, I'm expecting a lot of awkwardness, and polite smiles. The theme for this orientaion is Prison Break (!!) so it should be fun ehh. So yes, we'll see how it goes. :))
On a much not-so-fun note (and have nothing to do with school whatsoever) the home life has been pretty mundane lately. Cik Sumi's hospitalisation pretty much made everyone in a not-so-high mood. Everyone seems to have a bad day, one day or another. The uncle have been shuttling in between the hospital, home and work. The aunts seems to be snapping away at even minor matters. The sister's been busy with her school stuff. The brother's laptop got a little funny of all times. And the kiddos have been having the fever one after another. Me? I have no days life to speak of, what more a bad day. Pfft.
But yes, Yana's right. The kiddos have been really great with "trying to act brave" and being brave. Hopefully that bravado facade will never wear off, and they go spread their happy happy "mood" around ehh. Super kiddos, they all. :))
CHEERS.
