Before anything, if you're the kind who wouldn't care less about what I did today, don't bother reading it, and go click the "x" now because that is precisely what I'm going to write about. Yes, this is one of those entry which could be simply titled "What I did today, Friday, on 29 Sept 2006" .
Beyond boring. Uninteresting. Redundant. But I'll write it anyway to kill time, and kick my head later for bothering to write it. :)
In my pursuit to get a life, and rot at home, and maybe stretch some muscles, I decided that hanging out with Mom and Yana for the day will do me good. :) So we walked around to nowhere particular, but stop by to make Yana's new spec for awhile. Like always, it's super irritating when it comes to buying her specs.
There'll always be this loads of specs different types, different colours and all spread everywhere whenever she's choosing the specs. That's normal. But when it comes to the choosing, she'll wear one and give me that look. And she'll expect me to give funny looks if it looks funny.
I just smile, and she'll go
"kelakar ehh?". She don't realise it, but that's the only question she's been asking all along. Pfft. Anyhow, after all those many many many specs, she finally made the "life-changing" decisions, and let us move on to have lunch. Then, off we go to the Singapore Expo for some sale. Yes, SALE.
I remember during last year, during English, Mother Abbas made us write one word that we think is the most beautiful english word for some survey or something, and why we choose it. And I wrote Sale. Yes, that beautiful four-letter word that is able to make some go crazily excited.
Mom decided to go to Metro sale, which of course, we are not too crazy about. So we bought one new shirt, and all I learn from this is never to go shopping with your mom. Us being us, our only aim was to got to the Hall 4B for the Warehouse Booksale, grab few
and more books that have 3 for $10 tags on them. Yes, good bargain, GOOD BARGAIN. :) And so, we went home with 10 books after putting out another 10 more back to the shelves, because of the budget. So 35 bucks gone just like that. But I'd like to think of it as a healthy indulgence, so whatthehell ehh.

Oh, and we realised that there were 15 more books waiting at home (all from sale too!) and we conveniently forgot about the place for all these other books.

But don't worry, be happy, I kind of squeeze all the books on the upper part of the shelve.

Oh, and I was not kidding when I said this things are my weakness = makes me a little crazy = so much for healthy indulgence. :0
Alright, I'll go kick my head now.
CHEERS.
